make any outfit, BUT you have to have an altered pose on both the arms and the legs. (altered foot pose also counts for legs.)
you also must have some sort of background (stencils count). so you can use the whiteout items, you just have to figure out how to make them work.

Made my OC, Rune~! Saw the bottom CW and almost died on the spot since it's so perfect for him; I want it so bad. Glad this gave me an excuse to make an HA for him with it! (Also I still need to come up with a name for his wolf. I'll say the wolf in the background is his dad's.)
